Verified work. Fair records.
Kelsor Verify helps businesses authorize work, verify location when it matters, apply safety requirements and preserve verifiable workforce records — without unnecessary surveillance.
Built for construction, private security and field operations.
More than recording time.
More control
Define who can work, where, when and under which operational requirements.
Safer operations
Apply location, qualification and safety checks only when applicable policies require them.
Greater trust
Preserve meaningful history so critical workforce records can be reviewed and verified later.
From work authorization to a verifiable record.
Kelsor Verify evaluates only the controls that apply to the organization, site, job and worker. Disabled or non-applicable controls do not create unnecessary steps.
Modular by design. A function that is not licensed, enabled or applicable does not become a mandatory step in the work authorization flow.
Use the controls your operation actually needs.
Start with core workforce operations and activate location, safety and evidence capabilities according to each organization’s requirements.

Kelsor Verify is designed to capture the information needed to support operational decisions and verify critical events — not to monitor workers continuously by default.
Event-based location
Capture location when an operational event or applicable policy requires it — not continuously by default.
Data minimization
Collect information for a defined operational purpose and restrict access according to role and need.
Transparent history
Relevant corrections preserve historical context instead of silently replacing the original record.
Location is checked only when required by applicable policy or operational event.

Reliable workforce records can protect the business while also making it clear what was originally recorded, what was corrected, who made the correction and why.
About Kelsor Verify
What is Kelsor Verify?
Kelsor Verify is a Verified Workforce Operations platform designed to help businesses authorize work, manage time and attendance, verify location when required, apply safety requirements and preserve verifiable records of critical workforce events.
Is Kelsor Verify just time tracking software?
No. Time and attendance is one part of the platform. Kelsor Verify also connects work authorization, job sites, location policies, safety requirements, audit history and record integrity.
Does Kelsor Verify continuously track employees?
Continuous location tracking is not the default model. Kelsor Verify is designed around data minimization and event-based location verification when an applicable operational policy requires it.
Can Kelsor Verify restrict clock-in outside a jobsite?
When location and geofencing are licensed, enabled and applicable, policies can block, warn, alert or require approval for a clock-in attempt outside an authorized area.
What happens if a critical workforce record is corrected?
Kelsor Verify is designed to preserve the original value together with the corrected value, actor, timestamp and reason instead of silently overwriting the original record.
What does tamper-evident mean in Kelsor Verify?
Tamper-evident means integrity information can be used to detect inconsistencies or changes in protected records. Kelsor Verify does not claim that a record is impossible to modify or automatically guaranteed to be legally admissible.
