ABOUT KELSOR VERIFY
Built to answer two questions:What happened? What changed after?
Kelsor Verify was created around a practical workforce problem: important operational facts are often scattered across time clocks, location tools, safety systems, messages and manual corrections. When a record is questioned later, the hard part is not only seeing the latest value — it is understanding the history behind it.
We are building a Verified Workforce Operations platform designed to help businesses control work, preserve critical history and support later verification — without unnecessary surveillance.
WHY KELSOR VERIFY EXISTS
The latest value is not always the whole story.
Workforce disputes often begin with ordinary questions: Was the person authorized to work? Was the worker at the right site? Were safety requirements complete? When was the event recorded? Was the record later corrected?
Traditional systems may answer one of those questions in isolation. Kelsor Verify is designed to connect the relevant context and preserve the history that remains afterward.
That is the foundation of the product: better documented facts, clearer historical context and records designed to be checked later.
OUR DIFFERENCE
More than attendance, GPS or safety software
Kelsor Verify connects operational control with evidence and integrity. The goal is not simply to collect more data. It is to preserve the critical context needed to understand and review real work events.
Work Authorization
Determine whether work should begin based on applicable schedule, assignment, site, qualification, location and safety requirements.
Safety & Operational Control
Apply the controls that matter to the organization, site, job or worker without forcing irrelevant steps into every workflow.
Evidence & Integrity
Preserve audit history, versioned corrections and tamper-evident integrity references for materially relevant workforce events.
VERIFIABLE HISTORY
From a critical work event to a record that can be checked later
Critical workforce events can be supported by audit history, versioned corrections, cryptographic integrity controls and independent verification references.
HOW WE THINK ABOUT WORKFORCE CONTROL
Employer-focused.Employee-respectful.Evidence-driven.
Businesses need control, but good control does not require unnecessary surveillance. Kelsor Verify is designed around purpose-based collection, event-based verification and transparent history.
Control where it matters
Apply location, safety and other checks only when the workflow and policy require them.
Preserve what changed
Relevant corrections should preserve historical context instead of silently replacing the original record.
Minimize unnecessary data
Collect information for defined operational purposes and restrict access according to role and need.
Use careful evidence language
We describe records as verifiable and tamper-evident. We do not claim they are impossible to alter or automatically legally valid.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
About Kelsor Verify
Why was Kelsor Verify created?
Kelsor Verify was created around a recurring operational problem: when workforce records are questioned later, organizations need to understand not only the current value but what happened, what was recorded originally, what changed afterward and who made the change.
Is Kelsor Verify just a time tracking platform?
No. Time and attendance is one part of the platform. Kelsor Verify connects work authorization, location when required, safety controls, operational records, audit history and verifiable integrity.
What does “Verified Work. Fair Records.” mean?
“Verified Work” refers to work whose operational evidence can be checked according to the controls that applied. “Fair Records” refers to transparent, traceable history that can help businesses and workers understand what was recorded and what changed later.
Does Kelsor Verify hash every action in the system?
No. Cryptographic integrity controls are designed for materially relevant workforce events and corrections, not every click, page view or harmless interface action.
What makes Kelsor Verify different from ordinary workforce software?
Kelsor Verify combines work authorization, safety, operational control and evidence integrity. The goal is not only to record work events, but to preserve a verifiable history of critical events and relevant changes.
Does Kelsor Verify guarantee legal admissibility?
No. Kelsor Verify is designed to support verifiable integrity, tamper-evident records, historical consistency and factual review. It does not guarantee legal admissibility or automatically establish the legal truth of an underlying event.
