FIELD OPERATIONS ARE DIFFERENT
Work happens across jobsites, client locations and changing conditions
Field organizations need more than a simple office time clock. Workers may move between Sites, qualifications can differ by Job, safety requirements can change and customers may later question hours, presence or completed work.
Kelsor Verify connects workforce controls with the operational context in which work actually happens — while preserving critical events, relevant corrections and integrity references for later review.
BUILT FOR FIELD WORK
Start with industries where workforce facts matter
Kelsor Verify is designed first for businesses where workers operate across physical Sites and where authorization, attendance, safety, location and verifiable workforce history can materially affect operations.
CONSTRUCTION
Connect jobsite attendance, safety and work verification
Construction subcontractors operate across projects where workers, Sites, schedules and requirements can change frequently. A single attendance record may not explain enough when hours, presence or authorization are later questioned.
Jobsite Clock In and Clock Out
GPS and geofence when required
Qualifications and certifications
Safety Gate and pre-shift questions
Transparent attendance corrections
Verifiable workforce history
PRIVATE SECURITY
Know whether the right officer worked the right assignment
Security companies manage people across client Sites, shifts and assignments where presence and schedule fulfillment can directly affect operations and customer relationships.
Guard schedules and Site assignments
Clock In and Clock Out
Event-based location verification
Work authorization requirements
Missing or rejected work events
Verifiable operational history for client review

ANY FIELD WORKFORCE
If your workforce works in the field, Kelsor Verify may fit your operation
Kelsor Verify is not limited to construction or private security. If your organization manages employees or contractors across jobsites, customer locations, facilities or other field environments — and you need clearer control over attendance, work authorization, location, safety requirements or verifiable workforce history — the platform can be configured around your operation.
Your industry may be different. The operational questions are often the same.
Construction and Private Security have dedicated industry pages today. Additional industry-specific pages will be added as customer demand validates the need for deeper workflows and content.
ONE PLATFORM. DIFFERENT OPERATIONS.
Your industry does not have to fit someone else’s workflow
A construction Site may require geofence verification, certifications and Safety Gate before Clock In. A security company may focus on schedules, assigned Sites, attendance and location verification. A service team may need only scheduling and time records.
Kelsor Verify uses only the controls that are licensed, enabled and applicable under your policies.
See how the platform worksVERIFIABLE HISTORY
Different field operations. The same need for records you can verify.
From work authorization to Clock In, safety checks, location events and relevant corrections, Kelsor Verify preserves a verifiable history of critical workforce events across the industries it supports.
Critical Event
Record a material workforce event such as authorization, attendance, location or an applicable safety check.
Audit & Versioning
Preserve relevant administrative actions, original values and later corrections instead of silently replacing history.
Integrity Controls
Support critical records with tamper-evident cryptographic references designed to make historical inconsistencies detectable.
Evidence & Verification
Package supported evidence and later verify integrity within the authorized scope when a record needs to be reviewed.
Critical events can be chained through cryptographic hashes and supported by audit history, versioned corrections and independent integrity seals. Kelsor Verify is not designed to cryptographically record every click, page view or trivial interface action.
Integrity controls help evaluate historical consistency and traceability. They do not by themselves establish the legal truth of an underlying event or guarantee admissibility in a particular proceeding.
DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES. FAMILIAR PROBLEMS.
Field operations often struggle with the same missing facts
Who actually worked?
Connect schedules, assignments and attendance events to a clearer workforce record.
Were they at the right Site?
Verify location for relevant work events when company policy requires it.
Were required conditions met?
Apply qualifications, certifications, Safety Gate or questions when applicable.
What changed afterward?
Preserve corrections and important administrative actions instead of silently replacing critical information.
These are operational questions first — not employee-surveillance questions.

Field accountability does not require unnecessary surveillance
Kelsor Verify is designed to collect information for a defined operational purpose. Location can be associated with relevant work events rather than continuously following workers by default.
RECORDS THAT OUTLAST THE SHIFT
Preserve a verifiable history of field work
Critical workforce events become more useful when they remain connected to authorization, requirements, corrections, integrity references and the context of the underlying work event.
Audit History
Record important administrative actions with context, actor and timestamp.
Versioned Corrections
Preserve original and corrected values when critical records are updated.
Verifiable Integrity
Use tamper-evident integrity controls to help identify historical inconsistencies in supported records.
Evidence & Verification
Assemble supported records into evidence packages and verify their integrity within an authorized review scope.
Record integrity and verification help evaluate consistency and historical traceability. They do not by themselves establish legal truth or guarantee admissibility in a particular proceeding.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Workforce management for field industries FAQ
Which industries is Kelsor Verify designed for?
Kelsor Verify is designed for organizations with field or distributed workforces operating across physical Sites, Jobs, customer locations or facilities. Initial industry focus includes construction subcontractors, private security, electrical contractors, HVAC, industrial maintenance and specialized cleaning. The same modular platform can also support facilities management, plumbing, technical maintenance, multi-site services, logistics and other distributed operations when the workflow fits.
Is Kelsor Verify only for construction companies?
No. Construction is one of the primary use cases, but the platform is modular and can support different field operations. A security company, maintenance contractor or field-service organization can activate a different combination of attendance, location, safety and verification controls.
Can different industries use different Kelsor Verify workflows?
Yes. Kelsor Verify does not require every organization to use the same workflow. Licensed capabilities can be enabled according to company needs, and policies can determine when those controls apply to a particular Site, Job, Role or employee context.
Can construction companies verify workers at a jobsite?
When location verification is enabled, relevant work events can include GPS information and be evaluated against configured Site or geofence policies. GPS results remain subject to normal device and location-accuracy limitations.
How can private security companies use Kelsor Verify?
Private security companies can use Kelsor Verify to connect schedules, officer assignments, Site information, attendance, optional location verification and reliable workforce records. Additional capabilities can participate when licensed, enabled and applicable under company policy.
Does every employee have to use GPS?
No. Location is a configurable capability. Kelsor Verify is designed so GPS or geofence checks participate only when they are licensed, enabled and required by the applicable company policy.
What if my industry is not listed?
Your organization may still be a good fit. Kelsor Verify is built around field-workforce operating patterns rather than a single industry. If you manage employees or contractors across Sites, Jobs, customer locations or facilities and need clearer attendance, authorization, location, safety or workforce records, the platform can be configured around those operational needs.
What makes Kelsor Verify workforce records verifiable?
Kelsor Verify is designed to preserve critical workforce events with audit history, versioned corrections and tamper-evident integrity controls. Supported events can be linked through cryptographic hashes, reinforced with independent integrity seals and included in evidence packages for later verification. These controls are intended for material workforce events and relevant corrections, not every click, page view or minor interface action.
Is Kelsor Verify a general field-service ERP?
No. Kelsor Verify focuses on verified workforce operations, including work authorization, attendance, relevant location verification, safety controls and reliable records. It is not intended to replace a complete ERP, HRIS, payroll or accounting platform.
