VERIFIED WORKFORCE OPERATIONS
Workforce Management Solutions for Verifiable Field Operations
Bring work authorization, location verification, safety requirements, attendance and reliable workforce records into one operational system — without unnecessary workforce surveillance.
- More operational control
- Safer work processes
- Verifiable workforce history
THE OPERATIONAL PROBLEM
When workforce records are fragmented, important facts become harder to prove.
Time records may live in one system, safety information in another, location in a separate app and corrections somewhere else. When a customer questions hours, a worker misses a requirement or an incident needs review, reconstructing what happened becomes difficult.
Kelsor Verify connects the critical work events that matter so your organization can operate from a clearer, more consistent record — with audit history, versioned corrections and integrity controls designed to make historical inconsistencies detectable.

Kelsor Verify combines the controls needed before, during and after work into a modular system built around verifiable records.

- Transparent corrections
VERIFIABLE RECORDS
Preserve what happened — and what changed later
Maintain traceable workforce records with audit history, versioned corrections and cryptographic integrity controls designed to make historical inconsistencies detectable.
- Audit history
- Versioned corrections
- Tamper-evident integrity records
- Evidence and verification capabilities
MODULAR BY DESIGN
Use the controls your operation actually needs
Kelsor Verify does not force every organization through the same workflow. Activate the capabilities that fit your operation, Sites, Jobs and policies. If a capability is not enabled, it does not become an unnecessary step for your workforce.
Your plan includes the capability.
Your organization chooses to activate it.
The rule applies to this Site, Job or employee context.
Only relevant checks appear when work is performed.

ONE PLATFORM. DIFFERENT WORKFLOWS.
Two organizations can use Kelsor Verify very differently.
A construction contractor might require geofence verification, certifications, a Safety Gate and pre-shift questions before Clock In.
Another company might use only scheduling, attendance and verifiable corrections.
Both operate on the same platform without forcing unused controls into the employee experience.
WORKFORCE & BILLING DISPUTES
When work is questioned, bring a better record.
Disputes about hours, attendance or presence become harder to resolve when the underlying information comes from disconnected systems.
Kelsor Verify preserves relevant work events, authorized context and subsequent corrections so businesses can investigate disputed facts from a more complete historical record.
It means better documentation that can help reduce factual uncertainty about hours, presence and work events.
HOW KELSOR VERIFY WORKS
From work authorization to verifiable history
Every organization activates only the controls it needs. The workflow adapts to its policies instead of forcing every company through the same rigid process.
Authorize
Confirm whether required conditions are satisfied.
Verify Location
Check location when policy requires it.
Safety Check
Apply relevant safety requirements.
Work
Record attendance and relevant work events.
Preserve
Keep history and relevant corrections traceable.
Verify
Evaluate integrity when evidence needs review.
Location, Safety and other checks participate only when they are licensed, enabled and applicable under company policy.
VERIFIABLE INTEGRITY
Not just records. Records you can verify.
From work authorization to Clock In, safety checks, location events and relevant corrections, Kelsor Verify is designed to preserve a verifiable history of critical workforce events.
SAFER OPERATIONS
Make safety requirements part of the work process
Safety documentation is more useful when it is connected to the employee, work assignment and exact requirement that applied at the time.
Kelsor Verify can combine work authorization with safety content, certifications, qualifications and pre-shift checks so managers have clearer information before work begins.
- Safety Gate content and acknowledgements
- Certification and qualification status
- Pre-shift questions
- Effective version and language history
- Authorization decisions and reasons
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Accountability without unnecessary surveillance
Kelsor Verify is designed to capture what is needed to verify relevant work events — not to watch employees unnecessarily.
TRUST & EVIDENCE
Preserve a history that can be checked later
Operational records become more useful when you can see what happened, what was corrected, who made the change and whether the available history remains internally consistent. Critical events can also be supported by cryptographic integrity references, chained history and independent seals for later verification.
Audit
Record important administrative actions, actors and timestamps.
Versioning
Preserve original values and subsequent corrections instead of silently overwriting critical records.
Integrity
Use tamper-evident integrity controls to help detect historical inconsistencies.
Verification
Verify supported records and evidence within the authorized scope.
Integrity verification confirms consistency within the information evaluated. It does not independently establish the legal truth of an underlying event or guarantee admissibility in any proceeding.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Workforce management solutions FAQ
What workforce problems does Kelsor Verify help solve?
Kelsor Verify helps businesses manage work authorization, attendance, location verification, safety requirements and workforce records in a connected operational system. It is especially useful when organizations need better documentation of who was authorized to work, where relevant work events occurred, what requirements applied and what changed later.
Can organizations choose which Kelsor Verify capabilities they use?
Yes. Kelsor Verify is modular by design. A subscription determines which capabilities are licensed, the organization chooses which licensed capabilities to enable, and company policies determine where and when those capabilities apply. Controls that are not enabled do not become unnecessary steps in the workforce workflow.
Can different Sites or Jobs use different controls?
Yes. Kelsor Verify is designed to apply policies according to the operational context. An organization can use different requirements for different Sites, Jobs or employee situations when its configuration and licensed capabilities allow it.
Is Kelsor Verify employee monitoring software?
Kelsor Verify is designed for workforce operations and verification rather than unnecessary continuous surveillance. Location can be captured for specific work events when company policy requires it, while continuous location tracking is not enabled by default.
Can Kelsor Verify verify whether an employee is at the jobsite?
When location verification is enabled, Kelsor Verify can capture GPS information for relevant work events and evaluate the event against configured Site or geofence policies. Location information remains subject to device accuracy and technical limitations.
Can safety requirements be checked before an employee starts work?
Yes. Depending on the organization’s configuration, work authorization can consider qualifications, certifications, Safety Gate requirements and pre-shift questions before allowing work to proceed.
Can Kelsor Verify ask employees pre-shift or post-shift questions?
Yes. When the Questions capability is licensed, enabled and applicable under company policy, Kelsor Verify can present questions at relevant points in the work process. Organizations do not need to use questions if they are not appropriate for their workflow.
How does Kelsor Verify help with billing or time disputes?
Kelsor Verify can connect attendance records with schedules, assignments, location results, authorization decisions and correction history. This provides better documentation for investigating disputed hours or presence, but it does not make an invoice automatically indisputable.
Does Kelsor Verify keep a history of corrections?
Critical corrections are designed to preserve the original value, the new value, the actor, timestamp and reason where applicable, rather than silently replacing historical information.
How does Kelsor Verify make critical workforce records verifiable?
Kelsor Verify is designed to combine audit history and versioned corrections with cryptographic integrity controls for critical workforce events. Relevant events can be linked through hashes, supported by periodic integrity seals and included in Evidence Packages that can later be checked for package integrity, chain consistency and supported seal references. These controls help make historical inconsistencies detectable; they do not guarantee the legal truth or admissibility of an underlying event.
Is Kelsor Verify a complete HR or payroll system?
No. Kelsor Verify focuses on verified workforce operations, including work control, safety, operational records and evidence. It is not intended to replace a full HRIS, payroll platform, CRM or accounting system.
