More Than Time Tracking
The record is stronger when the context is preserved with it.
Traditional time software often answers one question: when did the employee clock in? Kelsor Verify is designed to connect that event with the conditions that allowed work to begin and the history that remains afterward.
The Nuclear Loop
From authorization to verification, one connected operational history.
Kelsor Verify evaluates the controls that apply to the worker, Site and Job, records the work event and preserves the history needed to review it later.
- 01AuthorizeIdentity · schedule · assignment
- 02Verify LocationWhen policy requires it
- 03Safety CheckQualifications · Safety Gate
- 04Clock InAttendance · work event
- 05Preserve HistoryAudit · versioned corrections
- 06VerifyIntegrity checks
Policy-driven by design. Only capabilities that are licensed, enabled and applicable participate in the workflow.
Core Platform
Five connected capabilities. One operational record.
Control, safety and evidence work together without forcing every organization through the same configuration.
Work Authorization
Evaluate whether work should begin based on the rules that apply to the worker, Site and Job.
Explore Authorization → 02Time & Attendance
Record clock events, rejected attempts, attendance exceptions and versioned corrections.
Explore Time & Attendance → 03Location
Capture event-based GPS and apply geofence rules only when the operational policy calls for them.
Explore Location → 04Safety
Apply qualifications, certifications, Safety Gate content, induction and questions when required.
Explore Safety → 05Trust & Evidence
Preserve audit history, versioning, integrity information, evidence packages and verification results.
Explore Evidence →Work Control
Record work with the context that matters.
Time and attendance can operate on their own. Location verification is added only when the organization enables it and policy makes it relevant.
Time & Attendance
Record clock-in, clock-out, breaks, late events, no-shows, rejected attempts and approved corrections.
- Clock events
- Scheduling context
- Missing punches
- Versioned corrections
Location Verification
Capture GPS and apply geofence policy when location is relevant to the event — without continuous tracking by default.
- Event-based GPS
- Geofence rules
- Outside-site decisions
- Location context
Safety
Apply safety requirements before work begins — when the job requires them.
Safety can participate directly in authorization when a Site, Job, Role or employee requires specific training, certification, acknowledgement or pre-shift checks.
If the Safety capability is disabled or not applicable, it does not become a mandatory step.
Trust & Evidence
Not just records. Records designed to be checked later.
Kelsor Verify’s evidence architecture is designed to preserve critical workforce history and provide integrity signals that can be independently checked without claiming that the underlying real-world event is automatically proven.
- 01Audit TrailWho did what and when
- 02Versioned CorrectionsOriginal + new value + actor + reason
- 03Cryptographic HashesIntegrity fingerprints for critical records
- 04Integrity LedgerHistorical continuity across protected events
- 05Independent SealPeriodic reference stored separately
- 06Evidence PackageSelected records and integrity information
- 07Verification PortalCheck package and integrity status
EVP-2026-00428Integrity is not the same as truth. Kelsor Verify can help verify consistency, traceability and historical integrity of records; it does not by itself certify that every underlying event is legally true or automatically admissible evidence.
Modular & Policy-Driven
One platform. Only the controls your operation chooses to use.
The subscription determines what is available. The organization determines what is enabled. Policy determines where it applies.
- 1LicensedThe capability is included in the plan.
- 2EnabledThe organization chooses to activate it.
- 3Applicable by PolicyThe rule applies to this Site, Job, Role or employee.
- 4Used in WorkflowOnly the required control appears.
Policy Hierarchy
Controls adapt to operational context.
Organization defaults can be refined by Site, Job or Role, with employee-level exceptions preserved as auditable decisions where applicable.
- 01OrganizationDefault policy
- 02SiteSite-specific rules
- 03Job / RoleOperational requirements
- 04EmployeeAudited exception
Privacy by Design
Accountability without unnecessary surveillance.
Kelsor Verify is designed to capture the information needed to support operational decisions and verify critical work events — not to follow workers continuously by default.

About the Kelsor Verify platform
What is Kelsor Verify?
Kelsor Verify is a field workforce management platform focused on work authorization, time and attendance, location when needed, safety requirements and verifiable workforce records.
Is Kelsor Verify a full HRIS or ERP?
No. Kelsor Verify is intentionally focused on workforce operations, authorization, safety, traceability and evidence rather than becoming a general-purpose HRIS, payroll system or ERP.
Does every worker have to use GPS?
No. Location is configurable. It participates only when the capability is licensed, enabled and applicable under the relevant policy.
Can safety requirements affect work authorization?
Yes. When configured by policy, certifications, qualifications, Safety Gate completion, induction or specific question responses can affect the authorization decision.
What happens when a critical workforce record is corrected?
The platform is designed to preserve the original value, the corrected value, actor, timestamp and reason rather than silently overwriting critical history.
What is a tamper-evident workforce record?
It is a record whose integrity history is designed to make later inconsistencies detectable through audit, versioning and cryptographic integrity controls. It does not mean a record is impossible to change.
What does the Integrity Ledger do?
The Integrity Ledger is designed to preserve continuity across selected critical events so that historical consistency can be checked later.
What is an Evidence Package?
An Evidence Package is a controlled collection of selected workforce records and integrity information prepared for review or verification with minimum necessary disclosure.
What can the Verification Portal report?
The verification experience is designed to report integrity outcomes such as Integrity Verified, Mismatch or Incomplete, depending on the information available for the package being checked.
